nitrogen generators, PSA (DEC.N2G™)
Nitrogen is used in our activated carbon solvent recovery systems, as the regeneration media.
In some countries, LN2 (liquid nitrogen) is not "easily" or "conveniently" available, therefore, to feed our solvent recovery systems we have to produce nitrogen on-site.
On-site nitrogen generators, are using a particular type of adsorbent, known as CMS (carbon Molecular Sieves), applying the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) process: thanks to the most advanced analytical controls, our systems can produce extremely high purity nitrogen (if needed, up to 99,9%), with high reliability, low operating costs and long lifetime.

DEC.N2G™ nitrogen gas generators separate nitrogen from air: air entering the generator consists of 21% oxygen and 78% nitrogen. The gas separation process preferentially adsorbs oxygen over nitrogen, using carbon molecular sieve (CMS), thus enabling the N2 to pass through as a product gas at pressure, while oxygen is adsorbed and separately discharged, during regeneration process.

DEC.N2G™ nitrogen gas generators are conceived in a modular design, skid mounted, allowing standardized layout and constant performances: typically, higher will be the demanded throughput, higher will be the numbers of installed modules.
