Our dehydration systems (DEC.ADM™) are coupled with an activated carbon solvent recovery system, as an optional module or as a retrofit.

Thanks to these processes Ethyl Acetate, Isopropyl Acetate, Ethyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol (common solvents used in flexible packaging) will be recovered fully dehydrated, even exceeding fresh virgin solvent specs (i.e. Ethyl Acetate urethane grade, suitable for high performance solvent based lamination - i.e. retort sterilizable).
