Employing patented and/or innovative technology, DEC IMPIANTI engineers and installs the following:

SOLVENT RECOVERY: advanced adsorption units (DEC.AAS™) for the treatment of VOC in industrial gas emissions

DEC.RSV™(activated carbon adsorption units, with steam regeneration);

DEC.RSG™ (activated carbon adsorption units, with inert gas - nitrogen - regeneration);

DEC.MSU™ (zeolite adsorption units, with on-site regeneration);

AL.CRYoCON™(cryocondensation units).

DEC.RBC™ (Rotary Bed Concentrator): concentration unit by rotary adsorbent bed, with activated carbon or zeolite.

GAS AND LIQUIDS PURIFICATION by adsorption on simple activated carbon or impregnated activated carbon.

ABSORPTION OR STRIPPING installations for cleansing gas emissions containing solvents by absorption with washing liquid and successive solvent stripping.

BRU_® (Benzene Recovery unit): solvent recovery unit, with closed-loop nitrogen stripping, to treat process wastewater and contaminated groundwater with 99% VOC return.

DRYING OF GASES AND LIQUIDS by materials such as silica gel, alumina and molecular sieves.

ECOVAP_®: energy recovery unit by steam process, to provide solvent recovery systems, by technology DEC.RSV™, that reduces steam usage over 40%.

OXIDATION: for cleansing industrial gas emissions "non recoverable":

INC-T™(Thermal Oxidation);

INC-RT™(Regenerative Thermal Oxidation);

INC-C™(Catalytic Oxidation).

HYBRID™: combines two proven technologies, DEC.RBC™ and thermal or catalytic oxidizer, for low VOC concentrations to exceed 95% control of VOC.

DISTILLATION UNITS for separating single compounds or fractionation from a solvent mixture.

DIST-a™ (Atmospheric Distillation);

DIST-p™ (Pressure Distillation);

DIST-v™ (Vacuum Distillation).
