THERMAL OXIDIZER
The thermal combustion process is studied to oxidize the Solvents Laden Air (SLA) to a temperature of ~800°C. This solution is applied for gas flow with rather constant and important concentrations to allow a reasonable consumption of combustible. Obviously to increase the unit efficiency, it's provided the employment of heat regenerator.

REGENERATIVE THERMAL OXIDIZER
The advantage of this technology consists in the preheating of the Solvent Laden Air (SLA) to a temperature so near to the oxidation (~800°C) as to reduce drastically the consumption of fuel. The VOC are oxidized in a split second and transformed into steam and CO2.
INC-C
CATALYTIC OXIDIZER
It has been developed to obtain an oxidation of VOCLA at low concentration. This kind of incinerator is composed by catalyst beds supported by a ceramic one. Like any other incineration system offers some benefits and some disadvantages. The main disadvantage it's due to the matter that the catalyzer can be poisoned, more or less quickly, by some composites often contained in the emissions those are to be treated. The poisoning of the catalyzer takes a reduction of the system efficiency and so to a shortening of the system life. In relation of the various kind of poisoning, the catalyzer can be cleaned (by compressed air or steam) otherwise it can be substituted. Moreover year after year the catalyzer reduces his oxidation capacity, so normally, it's to be prevented its substitution generally after 5 years. The advantage of this system is the exercise temperature that is included between 290°C and 350°C in comparison with some thermal units temperatures those are around 750°C and 850°C. So the best energetic yield, most of the times, makes up for the deterioration of the catalyzer. Obviously to increase the unit efficiency, it's provided the employment of heat regenerator.
